Our hotels continue to closely monitor the coronavirus situation (COVID-19), keeping those affected in our hearts and listening carefully to the questions and concerns we receive from guests like you.

Inspired by the purpose of hotel la Perla 1858, we care about people so that they can give their best, and in response to the dynamic situation of COVID-19, we would like to share the actions that Hotel La Perla is taking, to take care of you during this time, and executing the right steps implementing new guides, practices and procedures that give you confidence and flexibility in your trip.

Our global commitment to care and cleanliness focuses on the safety and well-being of our colleagues and guests, and is based on the rigorous safety and cleaning protocols that exist. The commitment includes an international cleaning and training accreditation process, a leader or team trained in Hygiene and welfare in all locations, and a multifunctional panel of trusted medical and industry advisors. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT OF MASK & COVERAGE: Following the guidance of a medical expert to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, face masks or covers are required in the hotel's indoor public areas and when moving in outdoor areas, with some exceptions, according to local laws or guidelines. For specific requirements, please contact the hotel directly or visit the hotel's website.

Public areas can include hotel halls, meeting and event spaces, restaurant and bar. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not least guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or drinks in restaurants, guests sitting outdoors and socially distant. Please contact our personalized care team at the hotel reception for more information.
